Chatting to someone I’ve been having sporadic sex with for the past lots-of-months. He’s telling me he’s got a girlfriend as of a couple of days ago. He was going to tell me in person, but he can’t resist dropping hints on Twitter so it was pretty obvious! I asked him, because I like to know, and he confirmed that they’re together.

Way back, I made sure we were clear on what happened if he got a girlfriend. He’s very much the monogamous romantic type, which is something I love about him. He said cuddly TV evenings would be out, because that’s something just for him and his girlfriend. I found it weird, but hey, it’s what he wants and we both knew he wanted that more than he wanted sex with me.

This is all fine and good. I am happy he’s found someone lovely who also thinks he’s lovely, and I bet he’s totally over the moon, big soppy that he is.

But I have just waffled on at him for several DM tweets about how fine and good it all is, and now he probably thinks I’m weird.
